EDIT D165: This issue should be fixed now. Support Ticket emails waiting to be sent have made it through to their intended recipients, and you SHOULD be able to password reset Holocron/Guide now(maybe). If you have any issues, please submit a Support Ticket (now that those emails are working again lol).
EDIT D165: We have identified an issue with Support Tickets not sending an email upon submission or reply as well as The Holocron (and I suspect The Guide) not sending password reset emails. We are looking into the issue and this post will be updated when we have a fix. In the meantime, I've gone through the queue and have replied to you via DM with either a response or your ticket number. If you have any issues accessing your ticket, please let me know via DM or Discord.
